Exchange and Returns

Mara Blak will gladly exchange your purchase if the product is deemed faulty. Refunds are not provided for faulty items. We will however exchange your item for another of the same product, provided it is in stock and available. If unavailable, we will happily exchange your purchase for another item at the same value or issue a gift card credit.

The item must be returned within 7 business days of receipt. Exchanges are not provided for items after 7 days from when you received the item so be sure to check your purchase closely on arrival. All returned items must be in their original packaging with tags attached. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the return postage.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind so please read product descriptions carefully.

We do not accept:

  • Exchange for online orders- online store credit will be provided.
  • Exchange of items after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Refunds on e-Gift Cards.
  • Returns for change of mind.
  • Cancellations or amendments (eg. change of address, order contents or the addition of discounts or rewards) to any online orders after you order is placed. Please ensure all order details, including your address are correct at the time of order placement.
  • Mara Blak is not responsible for shipping address errors provided to us.

Please also note that gemstones are a naturally occurring product. This means that there will always be some degree of colour shift (particularly under different lighting) and variation to shape and texture. This is what makes gemstone jewellery so unique- no two pieces are identical. Ensure that you have considered this prior to making your purchase.
